We don’t operate a shop so we deal with customers primarily over the phone and by email. Nonetheless, every week we do have customers who pop in to our office; planning a holiday is quite in-depth, so naturally some customers still prefer to deal with us face to face.

Why join our team?

Great Camaraderie – our friendly sales and customer experience teams all work in the same London offices and we all socialise together. Whether it’s birthday cakes and drinks, supplier-sponsored nights out or quarterly parties including the Summer and at Christmas – we love to work and play hard together. We also do Fun in Friday drinks for all staff and departmental parties.

Genuine cross departmental insight and involvement – as most of our teams are all in the same office, you can meet up regularly with the product development teams face to face who will assist with into product selection if they have a particular specialism. You will also update our marketing team to write about your personal trips for our blog and internal learning.

Working Variety - because we specialise in round the world trips to 22 counties worldwide, they are extremely varied. Most agents start off selling UK and Ireland breaks before moving in Europe, Rest of World and Special events and projects. If you get a buzz out of planning uber complex or bizarre flight inclusive golf travel itineraries including building a ‘trips of a lifetime’ then you've come to the right place!

Long Term Support - over 10 years we have developed and maintained a informal culture that’s enjoyable and supportive for everyone. We’re always looking for staff feedback, and we provide regular opportunities to discuss how we can continue to improve this into the future as well as further training and development opportunities.

We want people who love travel - we love what we do here and we want to hire other professionals people who want a career in leisure and travel.
